Shop confidentially and feel secure with the knowledge that we provide discreet shipping on all of our packaging. It is impossible for anyone to know what is inside the box, only you will know what hidden treasures are to be discovered upon arrival.

Discreet and robust packaging

• Orders are dispatched in plain discreet robust packaging.

• The address label will also display the return address as Willen Limited together with our full postal address; this is to ensure all non deliveries are returned to our premises.

 Fast Dispatch

• Goods in stock will be dispatched to you within 48 hours via Royal Mail or courier.
  
• Where the order or dispatch day falls on a UK public holiday it will be processed on the next working day.
   
• Goods are typically dispatched Monday through to Friday, however we shall endeavor to pack and dispatch orders on Saturday when possible
   
• In the event that goods are not in stock we will advise you of the estimated delivery time which is normally within 7 to 10 days.
   
• We will notify you by email when your goods are dispatched.

Keeping track on your delivery

• You can keep track on your delivery up to postal dispatch through your account on our website.

• Packages returned to us unclaimed will be subject to re-delivery charges.

• We will not accept liability for deliveries delayed through incorrect delivery address information supplied at the time of purchase or through forces beyond our control.

• When your package arrives please make sure you keep all of the packaging and contents for at least 7 days in case you need to return your goods.

• Please contact us immediately about delayed or missing orders or items.

Refunds and Returns

Naughty Nation has a no-nonsense returns policy.

The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 states that you (the consumer) have the right to cancel an order without giving a reason within 7 days. If your order has already been despatched when we receive your cancellation, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund when the item is returned to us.

Unless items are defective, unfortunately you have to return them to us at your expense.

Naughty Nation Returns/Exchange Policy

You may exchange products for any reason for up to 7 days after purchase as long as your products are unused and unopened.
If you have ordered something by mistake, or simply decide that you don't want it, you may return it to us at your expense for a replacement within 7 days.

For hygiene reasons Naughty Nation cannot accept returns of adult toys (unless defective), creams, lubricants, massage oils or condoms once they have been opened.

Returning lingerie and sexy clothing

What if your lingerie doesn't fit?  Not a problem!

We're happy for you to try on lingerie and sexy clothing – but please ensure that purchased Knickers, G-strings and Swimwear are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done. Please ensure you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact.

You must keep all tags and labels intact on your garment. If they are removed, we cannot accept the returned item.

Please return the unwanted, unused and unlaundered items to us within 7 days for alternative products or refund. If it is apparent that the garment has been cleaned or washed we again reserve the right to refuse returns.

Defective Items

If the product is defective, please give a full description of the fault and return it in its original box with all manuals and accessories for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase.

If your item is faulty, please contact us and we will provide you with a returns address.

All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you at your expense if they are found to be working – most cases are due to the batteries being fitted incorrectly!

Please thoroughly clean all returned defective products and wrap them securely in a plastic bag.

Refunds

The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation, and it will be. In practice, it will be much quicker - within seven days of us receiving your returned product.

To return an item

Please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send it to the address sent to you.

We recommend you return your item by Recorded Post as we cannot be held responsible for items which are not delivered to us.
